Lanu was born and raised in Berlin, Germany. During his childhood, he was able to continuously observe the changes in his neighborhood, and adapt quickly. These experiences have shaped and directed him to find his own path. Lanu went to high school in the north of Berlin, where he was particularly interested in social sciences, languages, and art. He had a huge love for basketball and still plays it today and has a close relationship with his older sister. Nowadays Lanu engages himself in the exploration of the world while having a clear mind to stay motivated. This way, he can orient and discipline himself toward his goals. Furthermore, he draws a lot of inspiration from art, film, and music. In Lanu’s eyes, his greatest success is being satisfied with himself and building a familiar environment in which he feels comfortable.
